At its heart

First Star Enterprises is a purpose-driven wellness and personal development practice devoted to generational healing and meaningful personal transformation. I believe that the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds carried through family lines are not here to punish us—but to be recognised, understood, and gently transformed.

My heart is geared towards healing generational trauma and inherited soul patterns in people—the unseen threads that quietly shape our choices, relationships, and sense of self. When these patterns are brought into awareness, they lose their power to repeat unconsciously. This is where healing becomes liberation—not just for the individual, but for the generations that follow.

My approach

It is holistic, intuitive, and deeply human. I weave together Tarot journey work, energy healing, intuitive guidance, and conscious practices, not as separate services, but as interconnected expressions of the same healing path. Tarot becomes a mirror and a language for inner truth. Energy work supports release, recalibration, and renewal. Intuitive guidance helps illuminate what is ready to shift and where new beginnings are calling.

Hi, I’m Karen I work with Source Energy, and I’d love to be your guide through your healing journey. I’ve travelled many pathways to get here, shed many tears, heartaches, all to get to a point of understanding who we really are and what we need to move forward with Love as our Light.
